You’d expect Grand Final weekend to throw up surprises, but a pre-lockout platform meltdown was the truly unexpected twist to invigorate things. After a huge prelim weekend there are stories of fantasy dreams made and crushed in even measure. The rollercoaster 3 days have ended the year for some of our best performed coaches this season and now what remains is a fight for glory. Win the Division, Win Champions League, Conquer Shiva. The season is over for a third of Shiva coaches and as our stats will show, there were some heartbreakers this week. But this upcoming round is when it all counts - money, promotion and pride are on the line for the coaches in the mix and when stars are falling over across the league, the heat is turning up. Everything in alignment and then an injury here, a suspension there, another injury there, ANOTHER FUCKING INJURY and before you know it things start to fall apart.
